Martin's Capitol Café was established in January, 1989. Proudly owned and operated by the Torrez family; Larry and Dorothy Torrez, along with their son Marty Torrez and his wife Cindy, ensure that the restaurant is providing customers with the highest quality of New Mexican food.
New Mexican food cannot be found outside of the New Mexico region, so we strive to provide our customers with a unique dining experience that is both traditional and delicious.
